Recording transactions onto a computerised system to facilitate in reconciling the bank
Preparing creditors and debtors control ensuring
payment is made at the best time
Preparing monthly and quarterly VAT Returns
Prepare year end adjustments for prepayments
and accounts
Produce and maintain fixed asset schedules from information provided by your accountant
Provide to your accountant, a detailed trial balance of the year/period transactions and any relevant information
Act as a source of contact for any pre-account meeting questions made by your accountant

Costs
If you are interested in using Duerdin Bookkeeping Services for your bookkeeping, we will arrange an initial non-obligation meeting with you to discuss your needs and agree a price. A price is agreed before any work is done ensuring no nasty surprises for you when the bill is produced. We base our prices on a hourly rate of £7 per hour.

During the meeting we will discuss your needs, consult any previous accounts and formulate a cost effective package to ensure we provide you with a service of the highest quality.
